Planning Your Visit

The Penthouse Pool and Lounge is open with limited capacity for outdoor food and beverage service. We have modified the layout of lounge chairs and day beds to allow for proper social distancing. The pool itself must remain closed until further notice. For Capacity planning purposes, please book your visit on the VIDA app. You will not be admitted without a reservation.

All Members are permitted to bring a limited number of guests depending on the reservation they have:

General Pool Reservation – one (1) guest max
Bed Reservation – three (3) guests max
Cabana Reservation – five (5) guests max

All members must have guests passes on their account to bring guests.  Additional guest passes may be purchased at the host stand.

*Number of passes on account may vary depending on membership type

MAKING A RESERVATION

Step 1

DOWNLOAD THE APP
Make Sure you have the correct VIDA
Fitness app
iOS App Android App

Step 2

The app will only work with the email associated with your membership. If you are not sure of your email, check your VIDA Fitness contract.

Step 3

Authenticate the app with your MylClub ID. ‘If you cannot connect to the app after confirming that you have the correct app. the email connected to your account and your MylClub ID – please
email app@vidafitness.com

Making Your Reservation

  • Step 1. Open the VIDA Fitness app
  • Step 2. Click On CLUB on navigation On the bottom
  • Step 3. Click Oh the icon “Penthouse Reservations” On the top middle row
  • Step 4. Make sure your location is set to U Street or The Yards (found in orange print below the Orange-header)
  • Step 5.Click On Calendar
  • Step 6.Select the day you would like to come to the pool (you can book 48 hours in advance)
  • Step 7.Reserve your visit. If you would prefer to book a cabana or Day Bed—you can use the app as well under Penthouse Reservations
  • Step 8.Bring the app with you. When you arrive at the front desk, open the app, and click on the barcode graphic on the top right of the app. It will show barcode and reservation.

Troubleshooting

If you do not see the Penthouse Reservations icon, close the app. Check the App Store for updates, Complete the update, and re-open the VIDA Fitness app.

If you need to cancel your visit, go back through the reservation system and find your date and time -Click CANCEL BOOKING
